I met Kori a week after the Farris-Sayne wedding at Rustix Manor. After having such a wonderful experience working at this venue, I was happy to have the opportunity to come back! Kori was such a joy and so easy to work with. She really trusted her vendor team and made it clear what she wanted for her big day. The weather decided to throw us a curve-ball the morning of her wedding when it refused to stop raining. Thankfully we were prepared with a tent for the reception so our team could get to work on decor! Just like magic, as soon as Kori started walking down the aisle, the sun came out and warmed everyone right up! I’ve seen beautiful dresses in my work but Kori’s ruffles were so unique, and I am officially obsessed with her bridesmaids gowns! I hope Kori and Kyle have all the luck that rain on your wedding day can bring, and all the warmth marriage can offer!

Kimberly and Tanner closed out our 2017 wedding season in the most beautiful way! Kimberly had found me through the Bantin-Crowe wedding last year and I was thrilled to work with her! Their wedding at Rustix Manor, just a few short minutes from our home in Woodstock, GA, was nothing short of a dream! The entire wedding party was so much fun to work with and had us smiling all night long! This beautiful wedding venue had so many beautiful hidden spots for our bride and groom to explore, and their waterfall backdrop for their ceremony was a dream-worthy touch! The bonfire at the end of the night was a perfect start to the fall season, and we hope they remember their wedding day as the perfect start to their lifelong marriage!

We first met Ashley at her cousin Ariel’s wedding that we got to be a part of last year. This family is an absolute blessing to be around so we were so excited when we got Ashley’s request to be a part of her and Alyssa’s big day! These ladies are die-hard Disney fans, so the bond was instant for us as we worked together! Their day was surrounded by friends and family that came from all over to celebrate! I’ve never wanted to take a bride’s wedding gown as badly as I wanted Ashley’s black ballgown! Alyssa looked like absolute royalty in her gown, and the photographer and I kept calling them the Black Swan and White Swan! I hope these ladies have all the magic in the world when it comes to their marriage! Love is Love and we are so blessed to witness it!

If soul mates exist, Kelsey and Tim are the perfect embodiment of the term. Kelsey and I have known each other since high school, and she has always had her heart (and mind) set on what her perfect man would be. It just so happened that fate created that perfect man for her in Tim Harland. Kelsey and Tim truly just radiate happiness whenever you’re around them, and their wedding day was no different. Everyone was all smiles from beginning to end – and during their vows, everyone was all tears! There’s a Japanese traditional story that says if you fold 1,000 paper cranes you are granted one wish, so Tim folded 1,000 gold paper cranes for their altar backdrop because Kelsey was his wish! Kelsey and Tim have to win the cutest first dance award as they surprised all of their guests with a choreographed dance to “Love on Top” complete with their entire wedding party! We’re so grateful to have such wonderful friends like Kelsey and Tim and we can’t wait to celebrate life with them for years to come!

We don’t even know how to put to words how magnificent Lindsay and Amir’s wedding day was! I’ve known Linday’s parents through a relative, so when they asked for me to assist for their daughter’s wedding, I knew I couldn’t miss it for the world. This stunning day at the St. Regis Hotel was right out of a storybook – full of flowers and greenery, sparkle, and a gown fit for royalty from Haute Couture designer Galia Lahav! Lindsay and Amir met and live in Israel, so they were so excited to be able to come to Lindsay’s home and celebrate with their closest friends and family. The party was non-stop as soon as the incredible Rhythm Nation band started, and we hated having to close it down at 1:00am! But Lindsay and Amir were nothing but smiles and appreciation throughout the entire day and we can’t say enough how blessed we feel to have been a part of it all! Mazel Tov!

Sallie Wright is a stunning florist who knew what she wanted to make her wedding day vision come to life. She had always wanted a morning wedding (like her parents) and her Godparents’ private home in the mountains of Monteagle, TN was truly a dream! Sallie Wright did so much work behind the scenes to make her day full of personality, and her family and large bridal party was an incredible support team! Sallie Wright wore her family’s gown from the 1800s for their beautiful ceremony, and then partied the afternoon away dancing with the love of her life. I know we say how in love each and every couple in on their wedding day, but you could just feel the excitement and joy radiating off Sallie Wright and Will and we hope that continues for years and years to come!

Caitlin was a bridesmaid in the Durden-Timbs wedding last year, so when she got engaged it was such an honor for her to choose me to help her plan her wedding day! Caitlin was totally relaxed from the beginning, which is crazy considering she was also in nursing school for the majority of planning. She truly trusted me and her other vendors to do as we saw fit, which is such a relief! Caitlin and David had a stunning wedding at the Eagle’s Brooke Country Club, surrounded by their closest friends and family; it was the ultimate party! Her step-father sure knew how to take over the dance floor, and watching her be escorted down the aisle by both her father and step-father was a perfect picture of seeing families come together for such a happy event! We wish we could party with Caitlin and David, and their amazing family, every weekend! Also, can we take a moment to admire the stunning beadwork on the back of Caitlin’s gown – talk about a showstopper!

We always enjoy working weddings and events, but when the bridal party, and family, are as much fun as this group, you know you’ve hit the jackpot! Ariel and Christian had an absolutely amazing team of friends and family as part of their big day. There was zero stress involved because they had such an amazing support system and set of vendors! We cannot tell you how much we laughed and truly enjoyed ourselves at this wedding – their bridal party is a group I would love to hang out with on a daily basis! To top off the “sweet factor”, Ariel’s adorable daughter was their flower girl, and we couldn’t get over the fact that she calls her new Step-dad “babe” instead of simply “Christian”! We couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to finish off our 2016 wedding year with! We wish this couple, and their amazing family, many happy years to come!

I’ve known Kristen (as we always say) since before I was born. We truly grew up together, being only a few months apart, and so it is safe to say she is the longest friendship I’ve had! Kristen is the last of our group of sisters to get married, so we knew her day had to be extra special! I don’t think there are enough words to describe how hard she and her mother worked to make this vision come to life, and yet they were 100% trusting of all their vendors. I felt so honored that they would trust me with such an important day, and we made sure it was 110% perfect! This south Georgia venue is an absolutely massive (10,000 square feet) barn complete with all the dreamy aspects you could imagine! Her incredible florist, Mindy Lord with Luella Florals blew this one out of the water, making Kristen’s wishes come true! We loved this vendor team, and of course this bride and her family, and will forever be proud to have been a part of her wedding day!

Katy and Gustavo have such an amazing love story, and we were so honored they let us be a part of their wedding day! Gustavo’s family is from Brazil and his mother spoke very little English, but the love she showed Katy needed no words at all; both families came together in such a gorgeous day that it seemed like one huge, happy family! They chose the stunning Chateau Elan (Georgia’s number one Spa Retreat) as their dream venue and the team there was the best of the best! Katy and Gustavo never had to worry about a thing with all the hands involved in their wedding day, and that was just what they wanted! One thing we loved about planning this big day was just how involved Katy’s father was from the engagement all the way to the end – he was the point of contact for vendors, helped decide the look, and made sure his princess’ dreams came true! While Katy and Gustavo didn’t do a first look, she and her dad did, and boy was it emotional! We are so excited to see what the future holds for this stunning couple!!

Rachel and Chris were such a fun and exciting couple to work with! Chris had us all laughing at any given moment which made the entire day completely enjoyable. Their dream day took place at the stunning Boone Hall Plantation in Charleston, South Carolina (you might recognize it as Noah and Allie’s home in “The Notebook”)! This stunning venue boasted plenty of southern charm and Rachel’s vision for the day fit in perfectly. Her flowers (made by the incredible Fern Studio) were a showstopper; from the bride’s bouquet to the floral chandelier over the dance floor, nothing was overlooked! Rachel’s gown fit her like a glove and brought a whole new level of elegance to her big day! Their reception in the Cotton Dock was a party for everyone involved, complete with a photo booth, lots of sweets, and the very popular biscuit bar! Their day was truly magical and we enjoyed every second of being a part of it!

We met Lindsay years ago at our family church and were so excited when asked to be a part of her big day! Lindsay and Justin are just crazy about each other and it was apparent from the first moment we saw them together. Lindsay and her mom created the wedding day vision together and we loved the pops of bright purple in this industrial building structure. The Porterdale Memorial Gymnasium was burnt down a few years ago but the outside brick structure still stands to make a beautiful and unique wedding venue. Lindsay’s dress was an exact match to her style and Justin’s reaction to the first look with his bride was enough to make us cry! Their day was full of fun, lots of family, and plenty of love! Their amazing photographer (and cousin) captured every last detail perfectly!

The amount of love shown on this wedding day was incomparable! Seth and Elizabeth had so much love surrounding them with their family and friends, and their love for each other was apparent as they so easily melted into one another! This beautiful rustic venue was a perfect setting for Elizabeth’s relaxed chic look – complete with Tiffany & Co. inspirations and pops of pink! We were so grateful the bride trusted us to bring her vision to life in designing her perfect reception decor. We drew on the rustic, natural venue and added old books, lace, lanterns, and lots of candles to create a simple yet eye-catching tablescape. We were so grateful for the team of vendors involved in this beautiful day! Each team was such a joy to work with and so talented in their fields!

This beautiful wedding holds an extra special place in our hearts, because it is ours! The ceremony was located at the beautiful St. John United Methodist Church followed by a reception at the Fabulous Fox Theatre’s Egyptian Ballroom. Guests raved about the food and all-around fun atmosphere, especially when special guest Hairy Dawg (the University of Georgia mascot) arrived! He slow-danced with grandmothers, had a dance-off with one of the videographers, and even ‘proposed’ to a guest! The day was full of a classic look in black and white with red roses for the bride for an extra pop. There were subtle hints of Beauty and the Beast all throughout the day including processional music, the ring bearer’s pillow, and of course a single red rose in a bell jar!
