Services start on the signed contract date.
Prices start at $1,500.
- Everything included in the Day of Coordinator Package plus:
- Phone and email availability during business hours
- Two meetings between client and planner, not including final walk-through
- Vendor referral list provided
- Prepare a bride and groom timeline and checklist
- Collection, distribution, and inventory of wedding items to be setup on wedding day (favors, programs, parking, etc).
- Final walk-through with client at selected sites month of the wedding
- Final timelines prepared the month of the wedding
- Final meeting covering all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding
- [Optional] Assistance in set up (tables, chairs, decor) as well as overseeing organization of tear down at the end of the night
